This information will be shared with the following people only:
For the purposes of administering the platform and user support, it will be shared with the epi staff and the contractors specifically selected for these purposes.
Tutors external to the epi - hired on a contractual basis for a particular course - receive a list of that course's participants containing their first names, last names, and email addresses.
Course participants (e.g. epi students) have access to courses for which they have been activated by course administrators and can enter content and participate in activities within the specifications of the course administrator. They can see if necessary data such as first name, last name as well as course content, e.g. personal forum entries, from other course participants. First/last name is only visible if the other participant has posted a forum entry. Privileged users such as teachers and managers will always be able to see email addresses.
For epi internal planning and reporting, anonymised aggregated data may be shared with the Professional Education Committee.
